Music City Trailer Repair is seeking Service Writers

Major Responsibilities:

• Perform daily tasks that are required for business operation
• Customer service while processing the information required
• Create work order tickets. Work closely with technicians
• Communication with customers on progress of repairs
• Communication within Autow’s management team
• Comprehension of technician notes and parts is a plus
• Data entry of repairs performed

Job Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Microsoft office
• Previous customer service experience
• Knowledge in service or maintenance department is preferred
• Good telephone etiquette
